We specialize in commercial and industrial work throughout Connecticut and are looking for professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong, reliable crew. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete electrical installations and repairs.

Work on construction sites, renovation projects, or maintenance environments while adhering to safety protocols. Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices such as ohmmeters and multimeters; resolve problems related to low voltage and high voltage systems. Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or handyman teams to coordinate project tasks effectively. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for compliance and reporting purposes. Skills Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Extensive knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) standards for safe electrical installation practices.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical systems. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills), ohmmeters, and other testing equipment. Experience working with low voltage systems ( security, Fire Alarm, Data) is highly desirable. Ability and willingness to work safely at heights on construction sites or renovation projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately under pressure. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements.
