We provide residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical services, with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to develop your technical skills and grow within the electrical trade. Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems. Install and terminate wiring, electrical panels, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and related equipment. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Diagnose electrical problems and perform necessary repairs efficiently and safely. Perform electrical inspections and ensure work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. Use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and accurately. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective electrical work. Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Follow all company safety procedures and electrical safety standards. Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and a clean and organized work area. Work independently or as part of a team depending on the project. Qualifications Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or light industrial electrical work. Strong understanding of electrical principles and field applications. Experience installing wiring, panels, fixtures, outlets, lighting, and related electrical components. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of NEC requirements and local electrical codes. Current Connecticut electrician license, apprenticeship status, or ability to obtain required Connecticut credentials.
