Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dependability. Identify, address, and report potential issues to minimize downtime. Perform effective first-time repairs. Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Be available for overtime as needed for urgent repairs and project.
