Super Fast ElectricPosition SummarySuper Fast Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Lead Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing and leading commercial and residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.The ideal candidate has strong technical electrical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform commercial and residential electrical installations and service workLead and supervise installation crews on job sitesTroubleshoot electrical systems and identify effective solutionsInstall, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and related systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plansEnsure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codesCommunicate professionally with customers regarding work being performedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCoordinate materials, equipment, and project timelinesTrain and mentor junior electricians and helpersComplete job documentation and reports accuratelyQualificationsPrevious experience in commercial and residential electrical work requiredStrong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installationsAbility to read blueprints and technical diagramsKnowledge of electrical codes and safety standardsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environmentsPreferred Leadership or crew management experienceJourneyman or Master Electrician license Experience with service upgrades, generators, lighting systems, and troubleshootingAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsStrong customer service and communication abilitiesWork EnvironmentResidential and commercial job sitesIndoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsPhysical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periodsBenefitsCompetitive pay of $45,760 - $66,560/yearOpportunities for advancementSupportive team environmentCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Paid training and continuing education opportunitiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and work experience for consideration.
