Job Description:
The Electrical Foreman supervises and coordinates electrical construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and applicable electrical codes. This role provides hands-on leadership to craft workers while supporting the successful execution of electrical installations and project requirements. Responsibilities Builds raceways, pulls wire, and terminates electrical runs. Supervises and coordinates assigned craft workers, analyzing and resolving work problems. Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems. Interprets blueprints, electrical diagrams, and job orders to determine project scope, layout, and requirements. Inspects work for compliance with specifications and applicable local electrical codes. Establishes and adjusts work schedules to meet construction schedules. Completes daily construction reports and required project documentation. Enforces company safety policies and procedures. Performs other duties as required. Ideal candidate would be available for field work in Riviera Beach, FL or Delray Beach, FL.Skills & Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of electrical controls and distribution wiring. Intermediate ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Advanced ability to use the various tools required for the trade. Intermediate written and oral communications skills. Intermediate organizational and planning skills.Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Local certifications and licenses as requires. 4 years experience as a journeyman electrician. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Amount of Travel Required:
20%- 40%
