High-Performance Service Electrician Luminous Electric | Venice, FL to Clearwater, FL Territory Performance-Based Pay | $150,000+ Annual Income Potential! Up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available (based on experience) Monthly + Annual Performance Bonuses Luminous Electric is building something different. With new executive leadership and major operational upgrades implemented within the past year, we've elevated our systems, standards, accountability, and compensation structure. We are hiring a top-tire Residential Service Electrician with light commercial experience to cover the territory between Venice, FL and Clearwater, FL. Your home base should be centrally located within this service area. This is not an hourly, capped-income position. This is a career-track opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation Structure:

What You'll Do:

Residential service calls and advanced troubleshooting Panel upgrades, service upgrades, EV charger installs Surge protection and generator installations Small/light commercial service work Present solutions clearly, confidently, and ethically Deliver a premium customer experience Maintain high safety and workmanship standards
