Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across various commercial and industrial sites. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and building codes, contributing to safe, efficient, and reliable electrical infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from blueprint reading to troubleshooting complex electrical issues. Duties Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in commercial and industrial environments Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and troubleshooting processes Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform precise electrical work Test electrical systems using instruments such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and voltmeters to diagnose issues Ensure all work adheres to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and local safety regulations Work on construction sites, collaborating with other trades like frame carpentry to coordinate project timelines Troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems efficiently to minimize downtime Qualifications Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for accurate diagnostics and installations Knowledge of NEC standards, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and OSHA regulations Ability to work with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems confidently Construction site experience with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Familiarity with frame carpentry is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions that power essential infrastructure!
