Job Description
CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our full-time outpatient clinic. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based care under the direction of a Physical Therapist, implement treatment plans, track progress, and educate patients and families. You'll work with a collaborative, patient-first team focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training to improve mobility and function. Monitor, document, and report patient progress using electronic medical records. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies. Ensure a safe, clean treatment environment and follow all infection control protocols. Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust treatments and support patient-centered goals. Support patient scheduling, flow, and adherence to care plans in a busy outpatient setting.
