We have active renovation projects right now and we're growing our network of trusted specialty workers. This is steady, repeat work for the right people who show up, communicate, and deliver clean, finished work. Who We Need Most Right Now

• Electricians — licensed. This is one of our top needs.
• Screen enclosure repair and rescreening — lanais, porches, entries, window screens. Comfortable with second-story height work.
• Finish and trim carpentry — baseboard and shoe, interior and exterior doors, stairs, soffit and fascia.
• Demo, haul-off and trash removal — interior tear-out and full haul-away. Truck and trailer required.
• Garage doors and opener repair — get cables and doors operating right, hardware and weatherstripping. Also Looking For
• Cabinet specialists — door and box replacement, hardware, fitting and adjustment
• Drywall/Painters — hang, tape, float, texture, paint.
• HVAC — diagnose and service
• Stucco repair
• Deep cleaning — tile and grout, acid wash, sales cleans. Pressure washing a strong plus. You don't need to do all of these — if you're excellent at even one, we want to hear from you. The more of these you can do well, the more work we can send you. What We're Looking For

• Your own tools and reliable transportation
• Smartphone and willingness to follow our photo documentation process (before, during, and after every task — this is how payment is verified)
• Strong communication — responds to texts promptly during business hours
• Reliability and accountability: you show up on schedule and own your work quality How We Operate
• All work is scoped and agreed upon in writing before you start — you'll always know the task list and payout upfront
• Same-day payment after work passes quality check (Zelle, CashApp, or Apple Pay)
• Independent 1099 contractor relationship — you set your own schedule and take the jobs that work for you
• W-9 required before your first assignment (standard for all 1099 contractors)
