Serving Washington County, Ozaukee County & Northeastern Milwaukee Compensation:
Up to $60/hr DOE +
Performance Bonuses Full-Time:
40+ Hours Per Week Build Something from the Ground Up This is a hands-on residential service role for electricians who know how to troubleshoot, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, and take pride in doing clean, professional work. You'll be servicing homeowners throughout the Northern Milwaukee suburbs and Southeast Wisconsin while helping establish a company culture built around craftsmanship, customer service, and growth. Up to $60/hr DOE Performance-Based Bonuses Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Training & Ongoing Development Free Uniforms Career Advancement & Leadership Opportunities Stable, Full-Time Work (40+ Hours Weekly) Supportive Team Environment What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems safely and efficiently Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, load centers, surge protection, transformers, and more Diagnose electrical issues and identify root causes Deliver safe, code-compliant repair solutions Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Provide accurate scopes of work, material lists, and pricing Recommend repairs, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate Perform safety inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Basic EMT conduit bending and installation Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time What We're Looking For Active Journeyman Electrician License (Required) 5+ years of electrical experience Strong residential troubleshooting and service experience Customer-friendly attitude and professional communication skills Valid Driver's License Strong understanding of measurements, math, and electrical systems Pride in workmanship, appearance, and reliability Why Join Us?
