is seeking to join a dynamic team as a Qualifier and ensure the safety, compliance, and quality of electrical installations across various construction and renovation projects. In this role, you the Contractor will be responsible for verifying electrical work, ensuring adherence to local electrical codes and standards, and maintaining the highest safety protocols. Your expertise in residential, industrial and commercial electrical systems will be vital in delivering reliable, safe, and compliant electrical solutions. Responsibilities Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify installation accuracy. Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, including low voltage, high-voltage wiring, and industrial electrical components, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. Perform detailed electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults or issues within complex electrical systems. Verify proper installation of electrical wiring, conduit systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other industrial electrical equipment. Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety procedures and local electrical codes during construction, renovation, or maintenance activities. Collaborate with electricians on-site to troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and resolve issues promptly. Document inspection findings accurately and provide clear reports to project managers or supervisors for further action. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems. Familiarity with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) compliance requirements and local electrical codes. Skilled in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and blueprints reading for construction or renovation projects. Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and power tools. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of renovation processes and construction safety procedures. Ability to perform high-voltage wiring tasks safely and effectively while adhering to all safety standards. Strong background in electrical wiring installation, low voltage systems, and industrial electrical work. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), troubleshooting automation controls is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to read technical diagrams accurately. Valid certifications related to electrical work; experience reading blueprints and working with hand tools is essential.
