You will be responsible for ensuring that complex production machinery remains functional and efficient, directly impacting our ability to meet high-volume output goals through expert electrical troubleshooting and preventative care. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in industrial machinery, including PLC and CNC systems. Perform precise electrical installations and repairs in strict accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards. Collaborate closely with production operators to ensure equipment readiness and optimize machine performance. Manage power distribution systems to maintain a stable and safe manufacturing environment. Document maintenance activities and system modifications to ensure accurate records for future reference. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Minimum of one year of journeyman-level experience in an industrial manufacturing setting. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems. Advanced knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity and power distribution. Physical capability to perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Technical certification, completed apprenticeship, or military technical training. Hands-on experience with CNC, PLC, and low-voltage control systems. Previous exposure to specialized manufacturing environments involving steel microfibers.
