By reviewing all maintenance work requests and diagnosing complex problems, you will address and fix issues promptly, preventing extended equipment downtime and ensuring production continuity.Communication and Coordination:
You will have effective communication with supervisors on priorities ensures that the most critical equipment gets attention first. Collaborating with other team members and external experts will enhance the quality of repairs and maintenance.Data-Driven Maintenance:
Keeping meticulous maintenance records to provide valuable data for analysis and reporting, allowing for informed decision-making and identifying patterns or recurring issues that can be proactively addressed.Preventive Maintenance:
Executing and planning preventive maintenance work orders helps to minimize unexpected breakdowns, reducing overall maintenance costs and ensuring the longevity of the machinery.Collaborative Efforts:
Balancing perseverance with timely calls for support when needed ensures that repairs are effective and efficient, leveraging the collective knowledge and skills of the team to maintain high operational standards. What you should be good atExperience and Expertise:
Minimum of five years of experience in electricians maintenance and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machine issues using input from operators, technical manuals, electrical schematics, and alarm codes.Technical Skills:
Proficient in mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC logic, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Skilled in CNC equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to read electrical voltage, resistance, and amperage with a meter. Proficient in sheet metal fabrication and welding. Knowledge in machine alignment..Machining Background:
Familiarity with machining processes and tools is a plus.Analytical and Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and proficient in using measuring instruments like calipers, indicators, micrometers, and plug gauges.Safety and Operational Skills:
