This is more than a service role-you'll educate homeowners, provide professional recommendations, and help customers make informed decisions about the safety and reliability of their home's electrical system. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently. Perform electrical inspections and identify code or safety concerns. Install, repair, and replace residential electrical components and systems. Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options. Present solutions and provide accurate estimates. Complete work in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and company standards. Document completed work using company technology. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle. Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every service call. Participate in ongoing technical and professional development. What We're Looking For Residential electrical service experience required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of residential electrical systems and current electrical codes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
