Valid Florida Driver's License:

Years Dedicated Irrigation Experience:
Proven track record in commercial or high-end residential systems. 2-
Wire Systems Mastery:
Advanced proficiency with Hunter ACC2/ICD and Rain Bird
ESP-LXIVM
systems (decoders, tracking open wires, shorts, and wire path tracing).
Electrical Diagnostic Skills:
Hands-on experience using multimeters, wire locators, and valve locators for solenoid resistance, amp, and voltage testing.
Hydraulic Knowledge:
Expertise in diagnosing stuck/weeping valves, diaphragm failures, and high-pressure PVC mainline/lateral repairs. Key Responsibilities Independently troubleshoot, service, and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems. Use advanced diagnostic locators and meters to trace faults, find buried valves, and repair electrical shorts efficiently. Program commercial controllers, build custom water schedules, and perform system audits. Document job notes cleanly and recommend system upgrades directly to property managers and homeowners.
