Perform high-quality, safe electrical work while ensuring adherence to all building standards and codes.
Collaborate with project managers, teams, and clients to ensure that each installation meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Handle a wide range of tasks, from trenching and running wire to installing switchgears and performing system diagnostics.
Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and tools, following safety protocols and regulations on all jobsites.
Work with the warehouse and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior electricians and trainees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Solid background in reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints, and manuals to ensure accurate installations.
Ability to work in a variety of environments, from residential homes to large commercial sites.
Strong physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds frequently and work at heights or in extreme conditions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience required, or a Journeyman Electrical License or State Certified Electrician credentials.
Vocational or technical school training preferred.
