Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly to assist in food preparation and cooking processes Manage customer transactions at the register, processing cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions with precision Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Handle food handling procedures responsibly, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation of food items Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
