Battle Electric is a growing, family-owned electrical contracting company looking for an experienced, dependable, and professional electrician to join our team. What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical experience and be comfortable performing electrical work with limited supervision.

You should be able to:

Change and install electrical panels independently Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnose problems Read and understand electrical plans, blueprints, and drawings Bend and install EMT and other conduit Pull, terminate, and label wiring Install panels, disconnects, breakers, switches, receptacles, lighting, and other electrical equipment Perform electrical rough-ins, trim-outs, service work, and repairs Understand and apply the NEC and applicable local electrical codes Use electrical meters and testing equipment safely and effectively Identify problems and find practical solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, inspectors, and team members Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently The Person We're Looking For We value character and work ethic just as much as technical ability.

Compensation Pay:

Competitive and based on experience, skill level, licensing, and qualifications. We are willing to pay more for the right electrician who can demonstrate that they can independently perform quality electrical work.
