Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled residential electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings in residential. This position is focused on service work for residential customers. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Operate a pricebook and quote service jobs Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical installations and repairs Work on low voltage and high voltage systems ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents on construction sites or industrial environments Experience Proven experience as an electrician in residential as a service tech Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Familiarity with low voltage wiring systems as well as high voltage power distribution Knowledge of NEC standards Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters confidently for diagnosing electrical faults Prior involvement in service work demonstrating adaptability across diverse environments
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
