Job Description Job Description Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a dependable and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. As part of our company, you will provide high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services primarily for residential and property management clients. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on timely and professional service, clear communication, and exceptional craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential properties. Inspect electrical systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively. Ensure all work complies with National Electric Code (NEC) and local regulations. Estimate job costs and materials, and communicate timelines to clients and supervisors. Maintain safety protocols and standards while working on all projects. Coordinate with clients and property managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Valid Electrical License required. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. General liability insurance preferred.
