In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including new construction, remodels, and service work. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical installations and repairs Work on low voltage and high voltage systems ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical work during renovation or new construction projects Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents on construction sites or industrial environments Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for complex electrical systems involving both commercial and industrial applications Experience Proven experience as an electrician in commercial or industrial Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Familiarity with low voltage wiring systems as well as high voltage power distribution Knowledge of NEC standards Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting and installation purposes Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters confidently for diagnosing electrical faults Prior involvement in new construction projects, remodels, or service work demonstrating adaptability across diverse environments Strong skills in blueprint reading combined with practical knowledge of schematics for complex electrical systems
Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
