In this vital role, you will lead a team of electricians, ensuring all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired in compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of projects, troubleshooting, and system upgrades while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in dynamic environments, ensuring reliable electrical operations for our clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on industrial and commercial sites. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts. Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify issues accurately. Install, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage electrical wiring systems in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code). Maintain industrial motor control equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor control circuits to ensure optimal operation. Conduct high-voltage wiring projects safely while adhering to electrical safety procedures and building codes. Mentor team members on best practices for electrical work, safety protocols, schematics reading, and troubleshooting techniques. Qualifications Proven experience as an electrician with a strong background in industrial and commercial electrical systems. Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance, NEC standards, electrical blueprint reading, and low/high voltage systems. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting complex issues efficiently using hand tools and power tools. Experience with industrial motor maintenance and repair as well as motor control equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics accurately and interpret technical blueprints for installation projects. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high-voltage wiring, and industrial motor controls. Construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction processes related to electrical systems installation. Strong commitment to electrical safety procedures, building codes, and industry best practices.
