Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify issues quickly and accurately. Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards and local electrical codes for safety and quality assurance. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete electrical work efficiently on renovation or new construction sites. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems in residential environments. Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures to protect yourself and others during all phases of work. Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation or repair processes. Collaborate with other tradespeople during construction or renovation projects to ensure seamless project completion. Qualifications Candidates must be able to speak, communicate and write in english. Bilingual is a plus. Proven experience as a residential electrician with mimuium of 4 years in custom homes as a supervisor preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local electrical codes. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately. Familiarity with industrial electrical systems, high-voltage wiring, low voltage systems. Ability to perform electrical wiring tasks safely on construction sites or during renovation projects using hand tools and power tools. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems across various environments. Experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is highly desirable.
