We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Apprentices for residential and commercial new construction projects. This is not just another job—it's a career path in the electrical trade. If you have a strong desire to learn, grow, and work alongside top-tier, highly skilled electricians, this role is for you. You will receive hands-on, on-the-job training from experienced electricians who are committed to teaching you the right way—safely, efficiently, and professionally. In exchange, we expect drive, reliability, and a commitment to showing up ready to work.- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, bending, and running of conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid)
- Pull wire and cable through conduit and raceways
- Learn to install outlets, switches, panels, junction boxes, lighting fixtures, and transformers
- Support commercial and residential new construction builds from rough-in to trim-out
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics under guidance
- What We're Looking For
- Over 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- High desire to learn and take direction
- Motivated, punctual, and physically able to work on active construction sites (lifting, standing, ladder work, etc.)
- No experience necessary—but work ethic is non-negotiable
- What We Offer
- Top-tier on-the-job training from the highest skilled electricians in the field
- High pay potential based on performance and skill development
- Clear path to becoming a journeyman electrician
- Opportunity to work on both residential and commercial new construction (diverse experience)
- A team culture that values teaching a career, not just filling a job
- To Apply Send a brief note about why you want to learn the electrical trade, along with your resume (or work history) to [email/contact method].
