Job Description
R.L. Baker Electric is growing and looking for a lead residential electrician to take charge in the field. Our work focuses new construction, small renovations, and rewires. This role will lead a small crew, keep jobs moving, and set the standard for safe, quality work. Responsibilities Lead residential electrical projects, new construction. Small crew and keep work on schedule. Read blueprints and plans, troubleshoot issues, and make sound field decisions. Ensure work is completed safely, neatly, and according to the NEC and applicable local codes. Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and the R.L. Baker Electric team. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Qualifications At least five years of residential electrical experience. Working knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and forward-thinking skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check.
