In this role, you will read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to assemble electrical systems, install components, and prepare materials. Daily tasks include installing wiring, drilling or tapping holes to mount control units, fabricating parts using drills, calipers, and saws, and expertly bending steel conduit. You will align workpieces, inspect and test circuits for resistance, adjust voltages to specified values (excluding pumps), and repair or replace defective components to ensure full compliance with engineering specs. Additionally, you will guide other team members, confer with supervisors to resolve production issues, mark stock inventory, track waste reports, and move materials or finished assemblies using hoists and hand trucks. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S principles and execute all other duties as assigned. Candidates must have solid commercial, manufacturing, or industrial electrical experience, with demonstrated skill bending steel conduit. Reliable transportation for 6:00 AM starts and flexibility for overtime are required. There will be a 30-minute in-person interview with a written scenario on wiring and a practical assessment bending steel conduit.

- Position, align, and adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.
