Act as a technical escalation point for the maintenance team to assist with complex mechanical and electrical repairs. Work fluently from verbal instructions, prints, sketches, and schematics while ensuring all work meets national and local codes. Identify and recommend process enhancements to maximize facility efficiencies and 5S standards. Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions. High proficiency in reading and interpreting existing ladder logic (specifically Allen-Bradley) to identify fault conditions and verify inputs/outputs. Strong ability to bridge the gap between physical electrical components and their digital representation in a PLC program. Competent working with 480VAC (3-phase) and 24VDC low-voltage control circuits. Skilled in using trade equipment such as drill presses, band saws, and knockouts; proficient with precision measuring instruments.
