Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with experience in water/wastewater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water/wastewater. Typical Work week is Monday through Thursday 7:00
  • 4:00, Friday 7:00-1:00 Insurance Allowance after 60 days Sick time earned from date of hire, available for use after 60 days Paid Holidays Paid Vacation after 1 year
Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in industrial settings
  • Read technical diagrams and blueprints to determine wiring layouts
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Industrial Electrician
  • In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems, power distribution, and industrial electrical equipment
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively (threader, smart bender)
  • Work with team to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documents
  • Periodically coordinate with subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This position offers the opportunity to work within a family-oriented company on a variety of water and wastewater projects ranging from new construction to updating obsolete electrical systems.
