Company-provided shirts and pants (you supply shoes, belt, and jacket). Must-Have Requirements (Day 1 Solo Ready): 4+ years of solo residential service van experience. Strong customer communication skills—ability to build trust, explain complex issues simply, and comfortably present options to homeowners. Proven ability to troubleshoot, complete panel upgrades, and present flat-rate pricing to homeowners independently. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Own basic hand/power tools (we get it, red is life... but we accept yellow too!). Comfortable using a tablet for dispatching (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Must pass a background check and drug screen.
What You'll Do:
90% Residential / 10%
Commercial:
Service upgrades, panel replacements, troubleshooting, EV chargers, and safety checks.
Customer Interaction & Diagnostics:
Communicate clearly with homeowners, diagnose electrical issues on-site, and present straightforward repair options on a tablet.
