You will utilize your expertise in electrical diagnostics and mechanical repair to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of complex industrial systems. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections and testing of electrical circuits and industrial machinery to identify and resolve performance issues. Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and safety of high-voltage and low-voltage systems. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning components, including transformers, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled systems. Install conduit, wiring, and power supply infrastructure in accordance with blueprints and safety codes. Fabricate and repair mechanical parts using welding and machining equipment to support equipment uptime. Maintain detailed records of repairs and system status through digital work order management systems. Collaborate with the management team to assess equipment health and mitigate potential operational hazards. Adhere strictly to facility safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Qualifications Required Skills High School diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems, AC/DC motors, and control circuits. Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Ability to pass a comprehensive mechanical and electrical aptitude assessment. Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks while standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electrical Systems. Hands-on experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and electronic control systems. Proficiency in TIG/stick welding and operating shop machinery like lathes and mills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
