Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Service Electrician to join our dynamic team. As a licensed master electrician, you will also oversee and manage teams of electricians, providing guidance and ensuring quality workmanship on every project. Duties Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial and commercial electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage wiring. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to accurately execute projects aligned with building codes and NFPA 70 standards (National Electrical Code). Conduct detailed electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to identify issues swiftly and precisely. Review electrical blueprints and schematics for drafting purposes, ensuring compliance with construction specifications and safety regulations. Manage teams of electricians on-site, delegating tasks effectively while maintaining safety procedures and quality standards throughout all phases of work. Ensure all electrical work adheres to local building codes, NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 compliance, and safety procedures for both high voltage and low voltage systems. Oversee the installation of electrical systems during renovation or new construction projects, including blueprint review for electrical drafting and schematics interpretation. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to perform precise installations or repairs efficiently on construction sites or within existing facilities. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, inspections conducted, and compliance records for audits or future reference. Experience Proven experience as an electrician service or Maintenance Department Manager with a focus on industrial and commercial electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Valid license as a Master Service Electrician with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledg of field service management and application Strong background in working with high voltage (HV) systems as well as low voltage wiring for automation or communication systems. Experience leading service teams and managing projects. Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects within commercial or industrial facilities. Familiarity with NFPA 70 standards (National Electrical Code), NEC regulations, building code compliance, and electrical safety procedures. Ability to diagnose complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and PLC programming devices. Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality assurance.
