Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems within industrial environments. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of complex electrical equipment, industrial machinery, and control systems. Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage controls Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system setups Perform routine maintenance on industrial electrical equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, local electrical codes, and safety procedures Install and maintain commercial electrical systems within industrial facilities, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels Work safely with high-voltage electrical wiring and adhere to strict electrical safety procedures at all times Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician with a strong background in industrial electrical systems and commercial electrical work Demonstrated ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) compliance requirements Experience troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters Skilled in installing high-voltage wiring, low-voltage control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and circuit breakers Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, wire strippers, conduit benders, and other essential electrical hand tools safely Strong understanding of local electrical codes and regulations governing industrial electrical work Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions Administer, Supervise, and Coordinate all electrical, electronic, and computational technical activities of all the machines operating in the factory. Support for PLC programs of installed machines such as: Corrugator, Printing Presses, Strappers, Stacker, Pre-Feeder. Review and calibration of all digital measuring instruments that we use in the corrugation process, such as speed, temperature, pressure, amperage, flow, water, glue, steam, and condensate return.
