EXPERIENCED

Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled electrician who can confidently run residential service calls, troubleshoot electrical problems, communicate professionally with homeowners, and complete work correctly and efficiently. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of residential electrical service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with residential service calls, repairs, and upgrades Service changes and panel replacements/upgrades Breaker, receptacle, switch, lighting, and circuit repairs Dedicated circuits and appliance circuits EV charger installations Generator-related electrical work Code corrections and electrical safety issues Ability to identify problems and recommend appropriate repairs/upgrades Ability to work independently and manage service calls from start to finish Strong knowledge of the NEC and residential electrical codes Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Ability to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must have your own basic hand tools The Person We're Looking For We want more than someone who can simply install electrical equipment. We're looking for a true service electrician who can walk into a customer's home, diagnose the problem, determine the correct solution, explain the work professionally, and get the job completed. You should be comfortable working directly with homeowners and representing Rocket Electric professionally on every service call. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experienced residential service electricians only. If your experience is primarily new construction and you do not have strong troubleshooting/service experience, this position may not be the right fit.
