In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will help power various commercial projects, from new constructions to renovations, contributing to the seamless operation of our clients' facilities. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial settings, including lighting, wiring, outlets, and panels Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations and repairs Work with low voltage systems such as security alarms, data cabling, and communication networks Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety regulations Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects and new builds to ensure timely completion of electrical work Test electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately Follow all safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work on construction sites Experience Proven experience as a commercial electrician with a strong background in industrial electrician tasks preferred Hands-on experience working on construction sites, renovations, or large-scale commercial projects Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics for industrial automation applications Knowledge of NEC standards, high voltage wiring, and low voltage systems Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics confidently Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools for installation tasks Experience with frame carpentry or handyman skills is a plus for versatile project support Join us if you're eager to bring your electrical expertise into a vibrant environment where every day presents new challenges!
