Long-term opportunity Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrician specializing in BAS (Building Automation Systems) and mechanical electrical installation work. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial, industrial, and federal job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality electrical installations. Key Responsibilities Install, bend, cut, and thread conduit (½", ¾", 1") Pull wire through conduit systems and complete accurate terminations Terminate electrical panels, fixtures, outlets, switches, and devices Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Assist with BAS controls and mechanical equipment wiring/integration Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and safety standards Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and project goals Qualifications 2+ year experience required (3-5 years preferred) in commercial, industrial, or controls environments Experience with BAS systems or mechanical wiring preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

OSHA 10/30

certification is a plus Additional Requirements Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to jobsite
