Over Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential/Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in Residential/Commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
What You'll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in Residential/Commercial buildings Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems Troubleshoot issues with high voltage systems and logic controllers Renovate existing electrical systems to improve efficiency or meet updated codes Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure timely project completion
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience as an Residential/Commercial Electrician or in a similar role within the commercial sector Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety practices in electrical work Experience using power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid Drivers License •This job is with an independent Generac channel partner and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
