Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial, laboratory, and agricultural environments. This position is open for qualified candidates located on Kauai, HI. Payrate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance on facilities and operational equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute wiring and system layouts. Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including inspection reports, troubleshooting logs, and schematic updates. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to complete work safely and efficiently Skills Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems. High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, facilities, or related environments Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills State Electrician License or Electrical Certification preferred Journey man Electrician Certification preferred Experience with industrial controls, motor, controls, VFDs, generators, and facility electrical systems preferred Experience working in agricultural, manufacturing, or research environments preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance activities
Pay:
$18.50 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
