Job Title:
Hiring Electrician - Immediate Start Job Description This role involves performing industrial and commercial electrical work within a manufacturing foundry environment. You will focus on tasks such as bending conduit, pulling wire, and supporting electrical installations and maintenance to keep production operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in an industrial foundry setting. Bend conduit accurately to route electrical wiring according to specifications and site requirements. Pull and route electrical wire and cable safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Assist with the installation of new electrical equipment, panels, and components in a manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot electrical issues and support maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Follow electrical diagrams, drawings, and instructions to complete installations and repairs. Use appropriate tools and equipment for industrial and commercial electrical work. Adhere to all site safety procedures and electrical safety practices at the manufacturing site. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety shoes, and safety glasses, at all times in designated areas. Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects within established timelines. Essential Skills At least 7 years of experience as an industrial or commercial electrician. Strong hands-on experience working as an electrician in industrial and commercial environments. Proficiency in bending conduit for electrical installations. Proficiency in pulling and routing electrical wire and cable in industrial settings. Ability to interpret and work from electrical drawings and instructions. Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and components. Commitment to following safety procedures and using required PPE, including hard hat, safety shoes, and safety glasses. Ability to work effectively within a manufacturing site or foundry environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment. Comfort working around manufacturing equipment and production processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members. Reliability and punctuality in a production-focused work setting. Why Work Here? You will work on-site around manufacturing operations and electrical installations, following established safety procedures and site guidelines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sussex, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
