An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on electric and gas-powered golf cars.
- Install, wire, troubleshoot, and repair electrical accessories including sound bars, LED lighting, display screens, turn signals, USB ports, stereos, backup cameras, and other custom equipment.
- Use multimeters and other electrical diagnostic equipment to test voltage, continuity, resistance, and identify electrical faults.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical service manuals.
- Test and repair batteries, chargers, controllers, motors, solenoids, wiring harnesses, switches, and related electrical components.
- Perform mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and refurbishments as needed.
- Tear down, assemble, rebuild, and refurbish golf cars.
- Drive a company-provided truck and trailer as needed.
- Accurately complete work orders and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Provide your own tools.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems preferred.
- Experience using multimeters and other electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting sound bars, lighting systems, display screens, and other low-voltage accessories preferred.
- Mechanical experience with automotive, small engines, powersports, forklifts, RVs, or similar equipment preferred.

$24.00-$28.00 per hour, plus a $500 bonus at 6 months and another $500 at 1 year (less applicable taxes)Expected Hours:
