You'll work with a small, experienced team serving residential, agricultural, and light commercial customers throughout Northwest Iowa. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, solve problems, build relationships with customers, and see the direct impact of your work. And because we're a lumberyard, home center, and trades company all under one roof, our electricians get to be involved in a wide variety of projects. No two days look exactly the same. What you'll do Perform residential, agricultural, and light commercial electrical work Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems Complete electrical installations, repairs, remodels, and service work Work directly with customers and other members of the Marcus Lumber team Coordinate with our Plumbing, HVAC, Sales, and Building Materials teams when projects overlap Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Help us deliver the kind of service that keeps customers calling Marcus Lumber What we're looking for: We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers well, and enjoys being part of a team. Electrical experience is preferred, and appropriate electrical licensing is a plus. Just as important to us are reliability, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and a Can-Do Attitude.
