Skills:
- Must have a stable work history
- Must display professionalism and leadership abilities
- Determining site installation needs/designs on the fly
- Troubleshooting problem-solving skills a must
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written
- Must have high energy, intuitive, ability to multi-task, strong follow-up skills, must work well with all levels of the organization
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as an electrician; extensive experience in both commercial and residential work a plus
- Current journeyman electrician license

Construction - ElectricalExempt Work Environment/Hazards:
- Working in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind
- In proximity of heavy machinery and moving vehicles
- Moderate noise level
- Use of PPE
- Working in elevated places
Physical Demands:
- Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of at least 60 pounds or more
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms
- Must be able to climb roof tops of all types and to perform job duties from high places.
- Must be able to pull own body weight plus equipment weight up roofs and vertical tower repeatedly
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, sit, and climb ladders and communication towers and work in an elevated position
- Frequently required to use hand and power tools
Working Hours/Days:
- Monday through Friday
- Min 40 hours, flexible hours
- Overtime as needed
Travel Requirements:
- 40-60% travel required, some out of state
- Some overnight will be required
