Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Maintenance Electrician to support commercial real estate facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on building systems, troubleshoot and repair lighting, power distribution, motors, and controls, and ensure equipment uptime for tenants. Responsibilities include inspections, documenting work in a CMMS, coordinating with vendors, and following safety, NEC, and company standards. Collaborate with engineers and property teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable building operations in a client-focused, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building electrical systems, lighting, panels, and power distribution. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical failures, equipment, and control systems to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and documentation of electrical equipment and systems in a CMMS. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, company policies, and safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout. Coordinate with property management, building engineers, and vendors on repairs and small projects. Support energy-efficient and sustainable operation of building systems and electrical equipment. Respond to service requests and emergencies, providing timely, client-focused support. Maintain tools, inventory, and work areas in safe, clean, and organized condition.
