The Role We are seeking an experienced Apprentice IV with a proven track record in both residential and commercial electrical work. The ideal candidate is aspiring to become a licensed Journeyman and future Crew Leader. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and soft skills. You will be expected to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead by example. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of commercial and residential electrical installations and maintenance. Execute lighting retrofit projects with precision and efficiency. Interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications. Apply a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code to ensure compliance and safety. Identify and source parts and components effectively. Communicate progress, challenges, and roadblocks to management in a timely manner.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Proven history of working as an electrical apprentice in both residential and commercial sectors.

Technical Knowledge:

Educated understanding of the NEC, electrical plans, and industry components.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Innate mechanical inclination and clever resourcefulness when tackling challenges.

Soft Skills:

Charming persona, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Independence:

Ability to perform tasks autonomously while keeping the team informed of status.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at assigned job sites on time with all necessary tools.

Physical Ability:

Candidate must be able to proficiently dig and lift at least 50 pounds.

Tools & Equipment Personal Tools:

Candidates are expected to own and maintain a reliable collection of commonly needed hand and power tools.

Specialty Equipment:
