The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical work from start to finish on custom homes and townhomes, leading a crew, and ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations. This role involves reading electrical schematics, wiring, and applying NEC codes to deliver high-quality electrical installations in a timely manner. Responsibilities Perform electrical work on new residential construction projects, including custom homes and townhomes. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately execute wiring plans. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Lead and supervise a crew of electricians, coordinating tasks to ensure efficient project completion. Manage the entire electrical process from initial setup through final inspection, ensuring quality standards are met. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry regulations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, documenting progress and any issues encountered. Requirements Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification. Proven experience in residential electrical work, specifically in new construction settings. Strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical codes. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately. Proficiency in wiring techniques for residential applications. Leadership skills with experience running a crew or supervising other electricians preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety practices and regulations on job sites. Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
