Licensed Journeyman Electrician Duties:

You are the face of Mr. Electric and will be interacting with our loyal home and business owners to deliver the exceptional customer service that Mr. Electric is known for. You'll be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by being a good person. No fancy word salad here, just be honest and genuine. Earning the trust of the customer by confidently presenting professional recommendations and solutions. You are the electrical professional! To succeed in this role, you must believe that the safety of every home or business we enter is paramount. Whether the home or business owner understands it or not, you do . When we leave, the property it's now safer than it was when we entered. This is a value and a mentality that is a must in this position. You will help customers with various electrical requests, including service and repairs. This will range from installing basic fixtures, to diagnosing circuit issues or replacing a home's Electrical Panel and wiring. Residential circuit diagnoses are common. Understanding common residential wiring is a must! If you've never replaced a modern panel board / switchgear, no need to apply. Quality workmanship and attention to detail are quality's most great electricians have. Being able to combine these attributes with the ability to listen genuinely to a customer's concerns or requests is what will set you apart. Your experience is what gets the job done right the first time. Being conscientious and having the ability to focus on the task at hand, combined with your trade experience is what sets you apart. Typically, our customers don't understand electrical components and certainly don't have a knowledge of the NEC and code compliance. They rely on you to help them determine the course of action in resolving their issues or assisting with their requests. You must have an investigative personality. You must enjoy finding hidden issues/problems and then be excited that you've just kept a family safe. This goes back to safety being paramount. You must enjoy working alone. You'll have your own Mercedes high top office to work out of.

You must have the following:

Valid Idaho Journeyman Electrical license. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a background test & drug screening. Qualifications
