Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary:
We are supporting the search for a skilled maintenance professional who can keep multiple facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. This opportunity offers varied day-to-day work, hands-on problem solving, and the chance to support operations across a local geographic territory.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and building system upkeep across assigned facilities. Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building system tasks as needed. Process work orders in the computerized maintenance management system and meet service level expectations. Travel between sites, maintain the assigned vehicle in safe operating condition, and support after-hours emergency response when needed.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope or local jurisdiction. Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and the ability to drive company vehicles safely in various weather and traffic conditions, including long-distance travel throughout the designated portfolio. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems, with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively, along with proficiency using CMMS and basic tablet or mobile device applications. Ability to meet the stated physical demand requirements, including lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, accessing confined spaces, and working in heat, cold, noise, dust, or other typical industrial conditions while wearing required PPE.
