Key Responsibilities Perform electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades Complete residential and commercial electrical projects safely and efficiently Diagnose electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions Install and service panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, fixtures, wiring, and electrical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Perform panel upgrades, service changes, rewiring, and other electrical installations Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and applicable local codes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, contractors, and team members Explain electrical issues and recommended solutions clearly to customers Identify additional electrical needs and provide professional recommendations Complete job documentation, material lists, and required paperwork accurately Train and mentor apprentices when needed Show up on time, prepared, professional, and ready to work Represent Luxury Electric LLC with a positive attitude and professional appearance QualificationsRequired Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent qualifications Proven experience as a professional electrician Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems Solid understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and make sound electrical decisions Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues effectively Ability to lift, climb, kneel, work on ladders, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other physical conditions Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Preferred Experience with residential service work Experience with commercial electrical work Experience with panel upgrades and electrical service changes Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic work Experience working directly with homeowners and customers Leadership or apprentice-training experience Ability to identify additional electrical opportunities and communicate solutions to customers What Makes This Role Different Quality Over Shortcuts — We believe in doing electrical work correctly, safely, and professionally the first time.
