This isn't just a technical role — it's a client-facing sales and service position. You'll be in beautiful homes, working with discerning clients who expect top-tier craftsmanship AND a top-tier experience. If you're great behind the panel and great with people — someone who can spot an upgrade opportunity, explain it in plain language, and close the sale — we want to talk to you. This role is built for electricians who want to grow their income , not just clock hours. The better you serve the customer and the more value you offer them, the more you make. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality electrical installation, service, and repair work in luxury residential homes Deliver a five-star customer experience from arrival to follow-up — professional, clean, courteous, and communicative Educate homeowners on options, safety concerns, and upgrade opportunities (panel upgrades, EV chargers, smart home/lighting systems, backup generators, whole-home surge protection, etc.) Confidently and honestly upsell additional services and premium solutions that genuinely benefit the client Provide clear, accurate pricing and present options rather than just "fixing the problem" Represent the company's brand and reputation in every home you enter Maintain a clean, organized truck/inventory and accurate documentation of work performed Follow all local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards Build long-term client trust that leads to referrals and repeat business
Qualifications Required:
Licensed electrician (Journeyman or Master — [specify requirement]) Proven residential electrical experience, ideally in high-end or custom homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable talking with homeowners, not just working around them Natural ability (or strong desire to develop skill) to identify and present upsell opportunities without being pushy Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional appearance and presentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred:
