Full Job Description Electrical Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, Key Responsibilities:
Execute all standard electrical work processes using AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance) standards. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment to maximize operational reliability. Ensure all safety processes are observed, and quality assurance activities are strictly performed. Identify, track, and report technical and equipment losses within your assigned area.

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics. Strict adherence to industrial safety and quality standards (e.g., LOTO, arc flash safety). Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating as appropriate to the plant site. Strong collaboration skills within a diverse, fast-paced team environment.

Shift Flexibility Required:
Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.
Location:
On-site at our Chicago Bakery plant.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
