About the Role We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our facility team, focusing on the reliability and performance of our complex production systems. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime by proactively maintaining control systems and resolving electrical failures to keep our operations running at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Analyze and resolve issues within HMI interfaces, power distribution, and automated control circuits to restore system functionality. Execute repairs on critical components including relays, contactors, safety interlocks, circuit breakers, and various industrial sensors. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools like multimeters and technical schematics to pinpoint faults in I/O modules, encoders, and photoeyes. Drive equipment uptime by performing rigorous preventive maintenance schedules and responding rapidly to emergency breakdowns. Ensure seamless operational continuity by clearly documenting repair status and communicating technical findings to cross-functional teams. Master the intricacies of our facility process flow to provide expert-level support and technical guidance during system upgrades. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, including the ability to interpret complex wiring diagrams and schematics. Proficiency with diagnostic instrumentation such as digital multimeters and clamp meters. Demonstrated success in maintaining HMI systems and industrial automation sensors. Strong autonomy and the ability to manage technical tasks independently in a high-pressure environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience working in a solo technical capacity or off-shift maintenance role. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root-cause problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting technical issues.
